Gawura goes to WIPCE Conference

Gawura was presented to a large audience at the World Indigenous Peoples Conference on Education (WIPCE) in Adelaide in September 2022.

Head of Gawura, Mr John Ralph, Gawura Co-Founders, Pastor Ray Minniecon and Aunty Sharon Minniecon, Deputy Head of School and Director of Primary Education, Mrs Rhonda Robson and Gawura Stage 2 teacher Ms Anastasia McGrath attended this international conference.
Mr John Ralph presented to the 2,300 delegates who attended with over 900 First Nations educators from across the globe including Canada, US, New Zealand and Norway, and spoke about the principals and ethos and model of Gawura. What an opportunity to share the good news story of Gawura.
