Today we welcomed our brand new Gawura students, our 2023 Kindergarten students.

With brand new uniforms and shoes, full lunch boxes, happy smiling faces – they were all well and truly ready to start the day, the year – their academic adventure with us at Gawura.

Warmly met by Mrs Williams and Mr Ralph, all the eager students settled in quickly to their studies.

Gawura is the place to be for an inclusive, caring and culturally authentic educational environment for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.
